Please test the bulb by connecting it to a 12V battery. Does the bulb turn on?

You might still have a loose connection. If you have installed an anti flicker harness or an all in one resistor harness check the connection between the bulbs and the harnesses again. If you connect the whole system to a 12V battery, does the issue persist?
